It was very important for me to ensure that the stay in the hotel would be perfect so I spoke in advance with customer service (Ms. Vered) who went out of her way to make our stay everything that we hoped for and much more.

A very friendly , clean and beach-oriented hotel. First line to the beach, which is just 5-7 mins walk, and you are in the water. Great value for money. We booked 3 rooms, all our requests (adjacent rooms, all with a queen bed) were filled, and we were even upgraded. Nice breakfast included. The coffee station is open 24/7. Very good AC in the rooms and nice outdoor hang out areas. Also has a private parking lot. If you plan to explore, better have a car, although there is lots of public transportstion very close, and a big mall just 15 mins walk away.

We booked netanya It was closest to the organization for whom we were doing volunteer work
As well as some to rest beside the sea
Aside from that, there was not a lot to do in Maya for us
There is a nice from sidewalk looking out onto the sea, and there are many spots to sit and rest and cup of coffee and a dessert

Netanya is a great beach town and quieter than Tel Aviv.
Netanya is a great beach town and quieter than Tel Aviv.
It has a pedestrian area downtown around Kikar Ha'Atzmaut with lots of great cafes, bakeries, ice cream, crepes and more. Fountain for little kids to jump in. Also some great restaurant establishments. The beaches are overlooking a cliff. Some beaches have access to an elevator to go down and some you need to take a lot of stairs.
One of my favorite places/cities in Israel!

Natania is modern city with beatiful beach and half an hour driving distance to Tel Aviv, if there is no traffic. Not much activities there for tourist. So visit relatives, and go on to other places in Israel.

It is important to know how international hotels are before you book them. This was culturally very different than we expected from the website and perhaps we should/could have found this out earlier. Having said that the staff were good and tried hard to meet out needs during our stay. The climate in Israel is hot and it is a great place to visit.

Netanya has some excellent beaches, some good restaurants, a lively pedestrianised zone (sometimes with impromptu music/dancing. A few parts are a bit scruffy which betrays Israel's Middle-East location. Safe!
The centre is easy to get around, no car needed, but some of the better restaurants, shopping mall etc, are 2-3 kms away in direction of South Beach and Ir Yamim, for which transport is useful - but there ar plenty of taxis.

Beautiful place the restaurants on the main strip were deceptive and greedy. They attempted to mark up our bill at everyone of them. We ate off the main strip it was delicious and honest. A lot of French people they were mean spirited and the Muslim community at a few places refuse us service they literally acted like we were not there. They would not ring us up at the counter. The Other people there were very kind and welcoming!
A great hotel, right at the central square in downtown Netanya. Next to the stairs to the great beaches of Netanya. (there is an elevator a bit further away as well for easy excess to the beach)
We got 3 nice rooms, at the 4th floor, each with a balcony, overlooking the big central square in front of the hotel and sea view from the side.
Our rooms were next to each other, as we had asked for.
Breakfast was nice and complete.
We liked that the hotel was few steps from the Europecar (and Hertz) drop off point of our rental car).
The staff is outstanding! They go above and beyond to help with anything. The breakfast - though described as "basic"- is a full "Israeli" breakfast including 2 kinds of eggs, veggies, salads, 4 types of fish and numerous cheeses, breads and pastries. Coffee, tea, cappacino, etc are available 24/7. The hotel is only a block from Independence Square and the beach elevator.
Room was better tthan expected. Furnishings were quite new .Bed comfortable and bathroom OK. Room was very big.
Pool area was clean and sunloungers looked new.
Hotel wasn't too busy so nice and quiet.
Reception staff were polite and helpful.
Breakfast was good, plenty of variety, cakes were delicious.
Location good for beach, town centre.
This is by far the best place we've stayed in and we travel a lot. The staff (especially Noa and Gustavo), the food, the value for money, location etc are all tops. Furthermore, we are so impressed with Netanya as a town with its excellent beaches, restaurants, shops and vibe. Highly recommended for a vacation.
The hotel is in a great location. We were headed north, and it was a good stop for a night after the flight. The breakfast was very good. There was a large selection of things and good coffee. The staff was very nice during the day. The internet worked well.
The staff was incredibly accommodating when we requested an early arrival due to attending a funeral. The location is fantastic, being in close proximity to both the beach and the town centre.
We have enjoyed the Israeli breakfast.
taking into account prices in Israel, it’s good value for money, 2 bedrooms, suits family with kids, but everything is shabby, nevertheless location is great, just 2 blocks from the sea, supermarket nearby, quiet, center of the city
Excellent location: beach, supermarkets, cafe, city center. Very nice and friendly host. Clean, recently renovated, fully equipped apartment. Very comfortable and big sofa. For Israel standards - good value for money.
It was special, its like a artistic surfing village with so many courses and activities just a great vacation on the beach. the greatest part of Alaya is the employees that hosted us, they were caring and welcoming
Front desk was really accommodating nice hotel with very spacious room good value and a great stay.
Brekafast was delicious and well presented staff were really nice
Overall a great and pleasant experience
Surprised to find this immaculate friendly Gem of a hotel next to ocean in netanya. Balcony rooms on ocean lovely. Staff friendly eager to please.
City active fun.Great bakery restaurant by hotel. Thank you
The hotel is in the nice place for a quiet vacation. There are cafes nearby to eat and hang out. The staff is quite helpful. Rooms are clean. It is not very expensive compared to other places.
The property has a great location right in the middle of Netanya, all the restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach. The property is renovated and we'll designed for comfort.
I didn't like anything because I booked a room but when I reach their their was no staf and the hotel main gate was lock I tried to call but no one receive the call
